Muradil Udun is currently a third-year undergraduate student in computer engineering at @uofwaterloo.
During his studies, Muradil has completed two cooperative education programs (co-ops), and is in the process of completing another.
The first was at a company called Pfera in 2019, where he worked as a Full Stack Developer. His job was to create features for their app and website. Muradil has also worked as a Software Developer at eSentire, a company specializing in cybersecurity, where he created internal tools. His most recent and currently ongoing co-op is at an early stage biomedical start-up, where he is working as a Backend Engineer. He has three more to complete by the end of his degree!
His future goal is to work in a place where he can create innovative solutions that will benefit the world. By completing these co-ops at different companies, he is able to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry to help him achieve his goal. He has also been working on side projects in his spare time to learn and refine new skills.
Muradil’s greatest inspiration are his peers and his friends, who he has met throughout his time in high school and university. Meeting people who can motivate and push him to be his best has allowed him to find success in his work.
Good luck in your studies, Muradil!
