You're invited to join us for our first creative writing workshop for the Uyghur Anthology!
In this workshop we'll explore 'identities, places and voices' through creative writing. We'll read and discuss some writers that do this in interesting ways, and then try out writing about the places and voices we connect with. We'll use writing games and exercises to ease into some new ideas and ways of approaching writing about 'identity'.
You are very welcome whether you write regularly or have never written creatively before. The workshop will be facilitated by Rachel Lewis. Rachel won the Wordsmith Prize for her debut poetry pamphlet and is currently writing a collection exploring her Irish Jewish heritage.
